Chest, Shoulder, Triceps (05/12/2008)

Today I went to gym (and back) by bike. The 10 km took me about 40 Minutes. That's not much longer than by train. So it seems to be good to make. At least you do not need any staminy workout when you are there ;)

Training:
Bench press, 5x8 reps. - 35 kg
Decline bench press, 5x10 reps. 10 kg
Shoulder press, 4x10 reps. 12 kg
Front raise, 4x8 reps., 15 kg
Sitting side raise, 3x10 reps., 6 kg (extremely slowly)
Kickbacks, 4x10 reps., 4 kg
