Today was my Bodypump class. Everything was normal, nothing special happened.
Weights:
Warm-Up: 8,5kg
Legs: 22,5 kg (a little more weight like last time)
Chest: 10,5 kg
Shoulder: LH - 8,5, Weight: 5kg
Butts: Body weight + 7,5kg
Biceps: 8,5kg
Triceps: 5kg-weight, 7,5kg
Back: 12,5 kg
