Strength endurance workout (Bodypump, 04/29/2008)

Endurance: 75 minutes

Last Tuesday the 65th Bodypump Choreo was introduced at my gym and I took part in it. Well than, I am not quite sure what to think of it, yet. I liked the one before. The music was great and the pyramid training as well. Of course, not really much has changed (the back is still the same as well as the biceps workout), but the music is not really my taste.

The positive thing was by the way, that all Bodypump introductions end with a Pizza Party session ;)

Afterwards I went to the solarium to do something for my outer experience and went home...

Weights:
Warum-Up: 8,5kg
Legs (squats): 20,5kg
Chest: 10,5 kg
Shoulder: LH - 8,5, Scheibe: 5kg
Butt: Körpergewicht + 7,5kg
Biceps: 8,5kg
Triceps: 5kg-Scheibe, 7,5kg
Back: 12,5 kg

Note: I could put on more weight during the leg workout. Triceps - hmm probably a little more, but biceps is as usual my weak point. Just like chest.
