Let's start a thread about exercises you can do without a special equipment and without going to a gym.
Just post your favourite exercises.

Here are mine:

  • - every variation of ab exercieses (crunches, reverse crunches etc.)
  • - push ups
  • - Lunges
  • - trizeps push ups
  • - wall push ups

One reason why you should not use straps

Hi members!

There is one big reason why you shouldn't use straps. They are bad for your forearms. If you want big forearms you have to stop using them. It is not possible to have massive forearms without having a viselike grip and you can not develop a grip unless you force yourself to hang onto a barbell or dumbbell without assistance.
