Tipps on finding the right cardiovascular training

Hi group members!

I am sure there are some of you who have problems in deciding what cardiovascular training would be the right one for you. Here are some tipps to find out, what the best training would be.

At first, find out your goal. If you are training for an endurance activity like marathon, or boxing match, then you have to spend more time on aerobic training.

If you want to build more mass but still keep your midsection nice, then shoot for 20 - 30 minutes of cardio training three times a week.

If you are lifting heavy, if you train intensely, rest no longer than 45 seconds between sets and eat a clean diet (lots of complex carbs, moderate protein and low fat). This should work well for you.
