Today was my time for stamina training in the form of a tae bo class in my fitness club. Because of the very sunny weather there were not really very much participants, today. It was the first time for me to workout without shoes. It feels much easier do do all the kicks and leg works. But now I have to large bladders on each toes of my feet :(
